How the referral discount works
When you book a move, tell us the name of the person who referred you (either in the notes field of the online quote, or when we ring to confirm). We verify the referrer is a past customer, and apply 5% to your final invoice. No promo codes to remember, no time limits, no minimum spend.
For real-estate agents, property managers and moving-related service providers who refer clients regularly, we run a separate agent partnership program — email us and we'll set it up.
What the discount applies to
- Local hourly moves (any truck size, any day)
- Fixed-price interstate routes
- Storage — 5% off the weekly rate
- Packing services and specialist items (piano, pool table)
For the person doing the referring
When someone you referred completes their move, we credit your account with a $50 voucher toward your next move, storage, or box order. No cap on how many referrals you can make. No expiry on the vouchers.
If you'd rather donate your voucher — some referrers do this — we'll donate the equivalent to a mutually-agreed charity.
