Office moves are priced per hour on the same removalist hourly rates as residential moves: $180/hr for a 4T (small suites of a few desks), $190/hr for a 6T (3–10 person offices), $200/hr for an 8T (11–20 person offices), $210/hr for a 10T (21–30 person offices) and $290/hr for a 12T with a three-person crew (31+ person floors). All GST inclusive. A site walkthrough beforehand lets us give you a fixed-hour estimate rather than an open-ended per-hour figure.

For small office moves (under 20 desks) we can often accommodate two weeks' notice. For full-floor or multi-floor corporate relocations we prefer 4-6 weeks so the walkthrough, floor plan colour-coding, IT power-off scheduling and building access permits can all be arranged properly. Weekend windows book out faster, especially end-of-quarter.

Yes — weekend and evening office relocations are standard for commercial work because they minimise business downtime. Saturday adds $11 per removalist per hour to the truck rate; Sunday adds $22 per removalist per hour. Most corporate clients choose Friday evening starts through Sunday to be back online Monday morning.

Yes — servers, network racks, monitors and workstations are handled as part of every office move. We recommend a dedicated crate for server-rack contents and typically move IT gear last from the old site and unload first at the new site so your team can start reconnection immediately. Coordinate with your IT team on power-off timing during the walkthrough.

AFRA accredited, full public liability and goods-in-transit insurance, existing contracts with state government departments in VIC and NSW, plus enterprise clients across professional services, tech and finance. Certificates of Currency, insurance verification and building compliance documents supplied on request as part of the office relocation quote.

Office removals are project-based rather than transactional. Scheduling around business hours, coordinating with building management for freight-lift bookings and dock access, working to a colour-coded floor plan rather than a general drop, handling IT equipment, and typically running with larger crews. The trucks and hourly rates are the same as residential moves, but the planning, sequencing and site coordination are what distinguishes commercial removalists from a domestic removalist crew.

Yes — full pack, part pack and unpack at $160/hr for a two-packer crew (extra packer +$70/hr). For office moves we typically part-pack: employees pack personal desk contents into labelled crates the day before the move; our team packs shared areas (kitchen, comms room, filing rooms, meeting rooms) and handles everything mechanical.

Yes — reusable plastic office crates (louvred, stackable) can be delivered a week before the move and collected after. Colour-coded to your new floor plan so the crew knows exactly where each crate goes at the new site. Priced per crate per week; included quote available at the walkthrough.

Yes — interstate office relocations Melbourne ↔ Sydney and beyond. Fixed pricing per truck size (no hourly meter on the road). Optional storage between old and new lease-start dates if the timings don't align — modules from $50/week or 20ft containers from $150/week.

Sydney office relocations are handled by our Sydney-based crew from the Sydney depot; Melbourne office moves by our Melbourne crew from the Cheltenham depot. Interstate HQ moves use a dedicated interstate crew that covers the whole journey.

Yes — a 5-10 desk office relocation typically fits in a 6T truck with a two-person crew over 4-6 hours. If it's just one or two suites of contents (a director's office, a small startup exit from a co-working space) it may fit in a 4T. Same removalist hourly rate as residential — no commercial upcharge.

Common for larger corporate office relocations — a phased move keeps departments operational through the transition. We plan the sequence at the walkthrough (typically finance and reception first, then general workstations, IT last), lock in the crew and trucks for each window, and coordinate access with building management. Weekend rate applies to weekend windows only; weekday-evening windows are standard hourly.

Not included in the standard move but can be added on request. We can remove old workstations, obsolete filing cabinets and general office waste to a licensed depot at the end of the move — priced per truck load. Common for offices exiting a lease that need to leave the space at "vacant possession" standard.

Look for what's not included in the other quote — fuel levies, blanket hire, weekend percentage uplifts, dismantle-reassembly labour, insurance limits.
