Meriton Herschel Street & Meriton Surfers Paradise — Meriton buildings have their own standard protocols across the group, generally efficient loading processes but tight timing windows.
Air on Broadbeach, Ocean Boulevard
Broadbeach — quieter than Surfers proper but same high-rise density. Air on Broadbeach, Oracle Broadbeach, Wave Broadbeach. Loading facilities are generally better designed than the older Surfers towers.
Practical considerations: salt air and humidity (we use moisture-barrier wrapping on timber furniture heading here), strong sunlight through balconies (we'll flag anything UV-sensitive), and weekend traffic on the strip that can complicate delivery windows.
Ocean Boulevard, Northcliffe & Chevron Island — quieter residential pockets adjacent to the tourist strip. Mix of walk-up apartments and lower-rise buildings. Often simpler logistics but sometimes narrower street access.

Yes — nearly every high-rise on the strip requires it before confirming your service lift booking. We provide this direct to your building manager on request, no cost to you. Just give us your building name and manager's contact at quote stage.
Can you book the service lift for me?
Yes — we coordinate the lift booking direct with your building manager as part of the service. We'll do the initial contact, confirm the window, and align our Melbourne pickup schedule so the truck arrives on time in Surfers for the booked lift slot.
What if my furniture doesn't fit through the apartment door or lift?
We measure and check before you book. Send us photos or dimensions of anything that concerns you — modular sofas, king beds, oversized entertainment units — and we'll flag anything that won't fit and propose disassembly, alternative access, or leaving it behind.
How long does the move actually take?
