Mudgeeraba — heritage village with the original 1880s main street plus surrounding modern family estates. Split character: village-street homes with narrower access, and newer estates with standard delivery. Springbrook and hinterland walking trails are landmarks.
Worongary, Tallai, Bonogin — foothill acreage suburbs. Long private driveways (some gravel), occasional steep grades. We quote the driveway carefully and arrange shuttle truck if a semi-trailer can't safely access. This is normal and priced upfront.
